Shandong Luneng Engineering CO., LTD.(hereinafter referred to as “SDLEC”) , a modern enterprise integrating Survey & Design ,EPC contract, Engineering Consulting, Foundation Engineering, Environmental Protection Engineering and information Engineering, which is the kernel of Shandong Luneng Engineering Group, was established in 1998.SDLEC holds Class A (the highest level in China) qualification for electric power engineering design & consulting, the qualification for EPC contracting of electric power engineering construction & professional contract of thermal power equipment engineering installation.SDLEC can undertake overall projects of a capacity of 600 MW per unit and 500kV transmission lines and substation, environmental protection, foundation works, and information engineering , overall PMC of industrial civil engineering, EPC contract, EP contract, survey &design contract, procurement service, construction management service as well as engineering consulting & supervision .
    Series of three–dimensional design system-PDS, PDMS introduced have already been successfully and extensively applied in the engineering design.SDLEC has equipped itself with over 600 computers including laptops and construction site equipments, set up the rapid Local Area Network and Virtual Private Network, introduced some globalize- popular project management softwares such as P3, etc; established the electronic archives system in which the network as a support and the database as the kernel, introduced series of advanced GPS, DPS as well as some world-advanced production and testing equipments such as American PAK&PIT, alterable energy&power exportable apparatus of French PANDA. It boasts well-appointed soil&water laboratory such as automatic collecting system of civil engineering experiments which is advanced in China.SDLEC acquired ISO 9001:2000 in 2002. The following business including design, foundation engineering, information engineering and engineering supervision have all acquired the ISO 9001:2000.
    With strong technical power and advanced management methods, SDLEC has undertaken over 10 EPC contracting projects since its expansion of EPC contract in 1998. There are dozens of EPC contracting projects such as Jia Yuguan Hongcheng PhaseⅡ(2×300MW) thermal power station project in Gansu province, Weifang secondary thermal power project (2×25MW), Changyi thermal power (3×12MW), Jiugang thermal power (2×125MW)in Gansu province, etc. There are over ten transmission&transformation projects which we participated in such as Dongming 220kV transmission &transformation projects. It has paved the way to success of EPC electric power engineering construction with design as our leading role. It has created a set of EPC contracting projects with low engineering costs , fast construction speed and high profit in production which makes SDELC walk in such enterprises which engage in the earliest EPC contract, achieve the highest rank in power plant, and perform best. Longda power plant project and Changyi thermal power projects were awarded the National Silver Key Prize and the Bronze Key prize respectively; the National Golden Key Prize for Jiugang Phase Ⅰ (2×125MW); the National Silver Key Prize for Wanhua Power Plant project in Yantai, Shandong province.
